WHAT TO BRING:
We provide all the materials for this class.
Please bring a container to take a meal home.
The cooking takes place in the kitchen at St Mary's House of Welcome.
The group thinks about what to cook with seasonal food and supplies already in the kitchen. It also includes menu planning, working to a budget, and recipe modification.
Participants will learn technical and practical skills such as developing basic knife skills, food handling, food safety, hygiene practices and food presentation.
