

Our Fitzroy Kitchen Catering employs people who love to prepare food, and share it with others.
You can find us at the market at 90 Brunswick St every Tuesday selling Afghani Pakora, Sambusa, Felafel, Bolani, Focaccia, Red Bean Sesame Balls, Somali Doughnuts, Chilli Sauce and the list goes on.
In May we launched Fitzroy Feasts - a monthly ticketed dinner with a set menu hosted by one of our amazing cooks.
In May we launched a new project hosting monthly dinners hosted by members of our Kitchen Team. The Persian dinner was a wonderful evening and now you can get hands on and learn how to make some Persian food yourself.
If you attended the dinner you will have enjoyed the Zeytoon Parvardeh - the extraordinary olive, walnut and pomegranate dish. Bring a jar to the class so can take a jar home to share with others.
We will make Persian Baklava - we know there are many variations but Nassim's is one of our favourites. You will be lucky to take any home - you are likely to eat it all on the spot!
The group will make Zereshk Polo - a colouful rice with chicken and a vegetarian variation. Karak Tea will complete the afternoon in the kitchen.
